Costs

The costs for the Master’s program amount to €14,900 per academic year – €29,800 in total. This already fully includes the costs for observerships, the loan of equipment, and catering.

Not included in the total costs are the consumable materials used by the participants, guest auditor fees currently amounting to €100 per semester, as well as the written and oral evaluation of the master’s thesis, which costs €540. In recent years, various manufacturers have provided materials (e.g. NiTi instruments) free of charge or have offered a student rate for certain items (e.g. NiTi instruments, ultrasonic tips).

The costs for the Master’s program can be reduced by up to €1,000 through the recognition of prior achievements. Eligible for recognition are, for example, achievements from curricula already completed through the regional chambers of dentists, the APW, and the DGEndo. Research stays at universities/institutes or, where applicable, other well-documented advanced training courses may also be recognized. The individual recognition of achievements is decided by an examination committee appointed by Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. There is no entitlement to the recognition of prior achievements.

Payment of the costs may be divided into a maximum of 8 installments.
